WARRANTY 

 

Items are guaranteed for 1 year from the date of purchase covering defects in workmanship and materials under normal conditions of use. Clothing,  jewelry or other defective items may be returned to the *Les Gens boutique or sent by post depending on the agreement concluded with HINDIBAZAAR. He/they  will be inspected, following which and at the sole discretion of HINDIBAZAAR he/they will be repaired or  exchanged an item of the same value. No item will be returned or exchanged without first informing HINDIBAZAAR. 

Attention: HINDIBAZAAR cannot guarantee the exchange of an article of the same model.

Are excluded from the warranty aging, wear and alteration due to the use of perfume or water as well as deterioration and loss resulting from an accidental circumstance.
