1. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS
The products sold on the site www.hindibazaar.ch are described and presented as precisely as possible. The photographs and descriptions are for information only and cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the products marketed, in particular with regard to the sizes and colors of the clothes as well as the jewellery. Differences in colors and shapes may occur because each piece is unique. HINDIBAZAAR cannot be held responsible for this.
2. ORDERS
A purchase offer is formed by the buyer when his order is placed on the site. If accepted, the buyer will receive an automatic confirmation email. HINDIBAZAAR remains entitled to refuse all or part of the purchase offers at its sole discretion, in particular when one or more products ordered are no longer available. Exceptionally, when a product advertised as available on the site may be unavailable after final registration of the order, the customer will be notified by email as soon as possible. The order will be automatically canceled and refunded no later than 15 days following payment of the sum paid, unless the customer expressly wishes to transfer his order to a substitute product recommended by HINDIBAZAAR.
No penalty will be applied for such an order cancellation, the shortage of stock can in no way engage the responsibility of HINDIBAZAAR. No compensation for cancellation may be requested by the customer apart from full reimbursement of the order.
3. PRICE
All prices mentioned on our eshop are in Swiss francs and include Swiss VAT. They do not include delivery costs or any other costs (customs tax, foreign VAT, etc.) borne by the buyer.
4. ORDER
Choose the products you want by selecting the colors, size and quantities per model. Each item will be added to the cart with the summary of the total purchase. Once the order has been validated, you can leave any comments or requests for information to be communicated to us in an annotation box. In order to validate your order, the following information will be requested:
- full address
- phone number
-date of birth
5. PAYMENT
HINDIBAZAAR uses secure payment solutions, with protection of confidential data provided by Stripe and PayPal.
The buyer can pay for his order using a PAYPAL account or using his VISA or Mastercard credit cards through the secure online payment provider such as PAYPAL or Stripe. If the customer wishes to pay by bank transfer, he must inform HINDIBAZAAR by e-mail and his order will only be delivered after receipt of full payment for his order by HINDIBAZAAR.
In case of refusal of transaction by the buyer's bank, the order will be automatically canceled and the customer notified by e-mail. HINDIBAZAAR reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or delivery from a customer with whom the company has had a dispute due to total or partial non-payment of a previous order or a refusal to authorize payment by Bank card.
6. REFUNDS
We make refunds only after receipt and verification of the items ordered. If the returned items are in perfect condition, we will accept a refund for each returned item and will make the refunds as soon as possible from the date of receipt of the return of the products (i.e. within 5 to 15 days maximum after receipt of the returned parts) .
The refund of your returned orders is made by bank transfer through your bank or postal account with your IBAN number. If you paid with PayPal, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account. If you paid by TWINT, the amount will be refunded to your TWINT account.
No refund or return will only be made on products and sale items!
7. DELIVERY
HINDIBAZAAR delivers free of charge in Switzerland from CHF 300.- of purchase and with a rate of CHF 20.- by registered mail for delivery in Europe.
Deliveries below CHF 39.- are invoiced CHF 2.-
Deliveries over CHF 39.- are charged CHF 7.-
HINDIBAZAAR sends the ordered products between 3 to 6 working days in Switzerland, after receipt of payment. In periods of sales or high activity, the deadlines may be exceptionally extended.
Shipments and deliveries are processed by the Swiss Post (registered parcel with signature in Europe), to the address indicated by the buyer when ordering. If you are absent when your package is delivered, a delivery notice will be delivered to your mailbox inviting you to collect your package from La Poste as soon as possible. If your order is not collected from the postal services (for any private or professional reason) the package will be returned to HINDIBAZAAR. Any request for return following a non-collection with the Swiss postal service (for any shipment to Switzerland) must be made by email and the costs of returning your order will be invoiced to you this time.
It is also possible to withdraw the items according to the selection chosen at the time of the order at the shop * Les Gens rue du Valentin 28 1004 Lausanne according to the timetables opening hours (Tuesday to Friday 11 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. / Saturday 10.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m.)
Delivery times and costs:
-Deliveries below CHF 39.- are invoiced CHF 2.-
Deliveries over CHF 39.- are charged CHF 7.-
Deliveries over CHF 300.- are free.
All shipments are sent between 3 to 6 working days in Switzerland.
- 20.- CHF: 6 to 10 working days in Europe,
- 24.- CHF: 15-20 working days in the rest of the world.
HINDIBAZAAR undertakes to pack and protect the goods to be shipped as well as possible, but will not be held responsible in the event of any damage that may occur during delivery, these being the responsibility of the transport service.
8. RETURN POLICY
If an item is not suitable for the buyer, he can return it to HINDIBAZAAR within seven days of the delivery date. This is done at the risk and expense of the buyer (except in the event of a return due to a defect in the product which will be the responsibility of HINDIBAZAAR).
Before making a return, please notify HINDIBAZAAR by email of the item or items to be returned and include the invoice relating to the order or a copy.
In the event of a return as described above, HINDIBAZAAR will refund the buyer the corresponding amount, as soon as possible, after deducting any promotions, coupons, reductions or sales advantages that may have been obtained at the time of purchase. The costs of sending the items back by the buyer will not be reimbursed. They are the responsibility of the buyer. HINDIBAZAAR will not refund the buyer if the non-defective products are returned worn, damaged or in a condition that no longer allows them to be sold and/or without their original packaging or label. In this case, the products will be returned to the buyer, at his expense, and no refund will be made by HINDIBAZAAR.
When returning a product, the buyer must follow the following procedure:
- Wrap the product securely and place it in a package.
- Send the package for signature. It is important to keep the postage certificate to be able to track the package.
- Return to the address mentioned on the shipment.
No refund or return will only be made on products and sale items!
9. MISCELLANEOUS
By using or registering on the website www.hindibazaar.ch, the buyer agrees to abide by these general conditions and declares and guarantees to HINDIBAZAAR that: (1) he/she is of legal age in his/her country of residence or has the necessary powers and authority to bind the company he represents in the transactions processed on the website www.hindibazaar.ch; (2) the information submitted during the registration process is correct; (3) the information sent must be kept up to date by the buyer at all times. The buyer is solely responsible for the access and use of the access data (username, password) transmitted to him by HINDIBAZAAR at the end of the registration process. He is therefore exclusively responsible for the consequences that may result. The buyer undertakes to immediately inform HINDIBAZAAR of any fraudulent use of his access data. The content of the website www.hindibazaar.ch, including text, graphics, photos and other illustrations of all kinds, is protected by a registered trademark. The HINDIBAZAAR logo may not be used in any form or for any purpose whatsoever without the prior written consent of HINDIBAZAAR.
